Are there any records kept somewhere about where there were time capsules buried and as in the water tower topic how many have disappeared unknown to us. It would be interesting to make one of our own and where to put it .Could we put the entire contents of Wikiwirral in one (with Mark's consent of course) What would we put in it to show 200 years later how we lived and what was going on in Wirral. DVDS,newspapers( maybe the Wirral Globe certainly not the Sun) an external hard drive,(whether they'd still have gadgets capable of reading them - unless in a museum) The Internet may be entirely different too
I'd have loved to have found one from the early beginnings of Birkenhead town - which is not even 200 years old yet

A wiki Wirral capsule sounds a great idea, and now would a great time as wiki approaches 10,000 members.
