I'm getting moderate stomach cramps, stomachs rumbling alot, bad roar eggy burps and a case of the wild Heather Trotts.
Hot and Cold, shivvering and generally feeling unwell..
Any Idea what this could be.
Nothing to worry about i hope.

Tummy bug? If not repeated violent expulsions, from both ends-it may be Noro Virus. ( a horrid gastro virus)
Bloody awful. Sip water, and I mean
sip. Symptoms do not last long.
Be thorough with hygiene. Avoid public places until 48hrs after symptoms cease.

I woke up at 2.30am last week expulting 'yellow water' at both ends,violentaly, every 15 minutes.
Came completley out of the blue.
Lasted less than 24 hours, horrid at the time.....

Yeah it sounds like that, a lot of it going round. Lots of people at work have had it. Make sure you wash your hands after being out (anywhere).
