Ok I couldn't upload a PDF file here so here's a link to the one I wanted people to see.......... http://www.mediafire.com/view/?xq93v6ctkn4q933 ....... Please click on 'Page Width' and knock it down to 100% so its easy to read.........If you can be bothered to read it you should be a little worried. Please have a look as this WILL impact on you or your family sooner or later....... Read the whole blurb and and make an effort to show up, even if you drive past very slowly . This is just another cost cutting exercise where we will be forced to accept the Tories misguided plans for the NHS........ The really sad part is that everyone I've sent this mail to won't bother because they expect someone else will do it for them. They have more important things to do like.......whatever. Well don't forget people, when it's gone, it's gone. It's not coming back..............

Hate is a strange thing, especially when in the written word, it really comes out well and people can see and feel it and tend to turn away and do other things, just thinking aloud.

Spouting your own opinion of a political party isn't going help you get your message across, especially when you believe the message is important, your supposed to be trying to reach all, it comes out as hate, as I don't have anything important to tell people it's my opinion

Sorry Dave but I completely disagree with you. There is nothing hateful in either the post or the link.
This is a very serious issue and everybody on the Wirral should be fighting for the cardio vascular services to stay here.
Thank you for posting this link Stranger, I'll see you there on Saturday.

I saw it that way as soon as I read it, it could be why nobody is bothered about what Strangers message is trying to get out.

Stranger has too many presumptions in his message and that's the problem I think. Because you don't have a problem with things doesn't mean you are not bothered, you are entitled to your own opinion and reaction. He just disses people for not agreeing with his view point, the usual left wing reaction.

Hi, I hope they DONT move the vascular unit to chester because 21 months ago i had a major stroke and if it was not for the stroke unit being at arrowe park I would not be here today!!.I cant thank enough DR chan and the stroke team and arrowe park for SAVING my LIFE as well as others on the wirral!. Time is a factor when someone is having a stroke they need medical treatment fast SO if the vascular/stroke unit moves to chester and say someone suffers a stroke in new brighton thats a long way and time to go which is not good odds against the patient!. SO keep the vascular unit at arrowe park!.

I think I read somewhere a couple of months ago about them trying to move another service to Liverpool or Chester so they can give us a better service here on Wirral.

Stranger has too many presumptions in his message and that's the problem I think. The only 'presumption' I have is that most people can't be bothered. A simple fact of life today. How many people have you heard complaining about an issue and when they're given an opportunity to do something about it use all the excuses in the book to do something else ? Because you don't have a problem with things doesn't mean you are not bothered, I don't quite understand this statement. Surely if you don't have a problem with something does mean you are not bothered about it. you are entitled to your own opinion and reaction. Always. He just disses people for not agreeing with his view point, the usual left wing reaction. I am not 'dissing' anybody and your comment about 'a left wing reaction' is laughable. For the record I am totally apolitical. It is my opinion that the vast majority of politicians are only there for what they personally can gain, not what they can gain for the public. It is also my view that the NHS should never be used as a political tool. We have the best health service on the planet and should protect it. The Tories plans for the NHS are quite simply frightening and must be opposed. Introducing Private Healthcare companies stinks of Americanism to me, where people get rich at the expense of the sick. We are heading towards a two tier Health System just like America. Where health is big bucks, where you need insurance against being ill. Is that what we want ? Lets be honest, the way things are going most of us can barely afford car insurance

Stuy, indeed, no point wasting your breath - you will never get through to people who think that The Government pays for things. You might as well be speaking in Greek.

I urge as mant wickies as possible to turn up at the Cherry Orchard pub (opposite Landican cemetery ) on saturday morning at 11 am for a march and rally at Arrowe Park hospital, we may not win but if we do nothing then there's no chance of keeping the cardio vascular unit here, do your best please.Bennie.

It's quite scary what the Tories and their Lib Dem lackeys are doing to the NHS. There is almost no support for their plans among the NHS staff. Most of them are horrified by what's going on. The only people who seem to be happy are American Healthcare companies who must be rubbing their hands with glee at some juicy contracts. We'll only miss the NHS when it's been ripped to shreds by this disgusting excuse for a government.
Not to say that Labour were much better as they continued Thatcher's NHS privatisations of the 1980s. I'm in London on Saturday so can't go on the march but good luck. Hope it's a good turnout.
