1s helicopter gone all by eastham rake pub closed off police everywer heard stories but not sure how true iv heard its sum1 wit a crossbow

Its been hovering over my house all afternoon .. Also heard rumors he shot someone .. I do know that most of Mill park drive was closed off and people were told to stay in doors` also been told he`s been arrested.

Wirral man arrested after crossbow incident
10:13am Friday 21st September 2012 in News
A WIRRAL man has been arrested for allegedly having a crossbow in his home.
The 28-year-old was held on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and affray after armed police cordoned off his home with him inside.
Officers arrived at the scene in Kingsley Avenue, Eastham Rake at around 3pm on Thursday following reports of a “disturbance.”
Although no-one was injured during the incident, the area around the house was sealed off while police worked to resolve the situation.
Nearby residents were told to stay indoors while the incident took place.
