In Aust. bongs are anything which can be used to smoke dope with.
Anything from little orange juice bottles with a piece of garden
hose stuck in, to fancy gear which you can buy.
Thing is don't leave your garden hose on the front lawn, because
it's always the two inches right in the middle of the hose that
gets taken.
