bar-b-q in the garden with the kids having loadsa fun.....little piece of heaven can i come am a big kid at heart   just had a banana milk shake only if you bring enuff nan shake for us alllllllllllll can do that, i have devoured the first one Laura. i bring a whole big MOO we can milk it hope you havent chopped poor george up and put him on that Barbi. hope this keeps up i might get a get together and

yep, not too bad, would have more of an allowence if it was skimmed, but too much like water. i have a kit kat chunky in the press, and its calling out to me. so iam off for my walk instead. max

thank you, the sun is out. still putting my runners on and thinking of which route to take. sprcial k, well i did do a day and a half on it a few years back, but just wasnt enough. i seem to be plodding forward with slimming world. now i mean plodding, its like pulling teeth. catch you later max
