Thanks, will pay them a visit tomorrow morning. Hopefully they will sort me out. Had my Seiko for 20 years. My mrs suggested I treat myself to a new watch. Sod that, its only a glass.

Hi, if Dave in Watchcraft can't do it try these, http://www.seiko.co.uk/support/service I sent my 26 year old Seiko here to have a glass replacement, they are very good but a bit expensive.

I have a very old Seiko chronograph watch which I got twenty years ago. I take it into Pykes the jewelers in Birkenhead who send it off for me to Seiko headquaters down south. They have a specailist watch person there who looks soley after the older Seiko's. Mine comes back fully checked and tested and even polished..

Be careful were you take these watches as a lot repairers struggle to cope..

I second Catheralls, I took a 50 year old lemania auto there for a new glass last week and it was sorted out pretty quickly and reasonably too.
