I think it is a bit early, myself. And to remove all the kittys from mum like that? Sorry, but i think that's wrong. My 3 kitties-aged 5.5 weeks will remain with their Mum until 10-12 weeks, much to the * new homechecked owners* dismay. Tough shit!! You will just have to wait until they are fully socialised!!?
If they are weaned off mum, its not a problem, am sure the new owners will have had owned a kitten in the past so they know what they are doing Good luck in there new homes. post up some pics in the pets section to let us wiki peeps know how they are doing x
I do hope these people who want kittens have realised how much it costs to keep a cat properly before they rush into getting them from the cute pictures. They need to be neutered at £30 plus and vaccinated at £60 plus. The food will cost at least £8 week to be fed properly. Also there is the worming and flea treatment regularly. Any illness and general health checks, teeth being very important in a cat. Are you willing to take on the responsibility? Then people want to get rid of them saying a child has asthma or landlord won't allow pets and of course, having a baby! Cats are the most wonderful animals, totally devoted to their homes and owners so PLEASE think very carefully before adopting one especially if you have young children who will tease them and end up getting scratched!
