for sale we have a very old antique chest of draws ( 2 small, 2 large) each draw moves freely and has an individual lock we are trying to find the key for it!! we have stripped this back to the bare wood and started using mineral oil to treat it, which has not been completed yet.

its has lovely handles which have been individually repainted!!

the chest of draws measures: W42 inches H28.5 inches D19.25 inches.

this originally would have had a mirror attached to the top of it. It should be noted although it is a solid piece of furniture the top has been nailed to the base at some point (this can be seen in the second photo) and does show signs of wear as you would expect for a chest of draws of this age!
here are some pictures

When furniture was made to last, not like the rubbish they are allowed to sell these days.

Does it have any interesting history behind it?

Where was it?
