can anyone help me my kindle keeps freezing it took an hour to come on this morning . dont now if anyone else has this problem

Certain none genuine books can do this, hold the on/off switch in the on position for about 15 seconds them let go, this will reset it and you can start again.

hi croc all of the books have been of amazon .. i tryed holding down the reset button . i have just been on amazon it seems to big a big prob with the kindle

You should try a soft reset or a hard reset:
The soft reset is to press the Alt-Shift-R keys at the same time.
For a hard reset, take the cover off the back and insert a paperclip in the little hole. Hold for 10 seconds.
You may need to try again with the Kindle plugged into the charger.
