Can anyone explain the difference between microsoft PC Cleaner pro & microsoft speedy PC pro? They both seem to have the same functions listed to make your pc run better. malware, registry etc. I allready have norton installed, so will they help or hinder if i purchase ?

Both useless. They perform silly little tricks like disabling unused services and deleting old registry entries. You won't notice speed increases with them AND you could look up the same memory saving tweaks yourself and do the same thing they do for free.
Get rid of Norton if you're looking to make your machine faster. It's possibly the worst Antivirus there is in terms of detection levels and resource usage, probably joint last with Mcaffee.
