Had another look lat night, zilch. According to reports this activity is going be sporadic for the next couple of years so eventully we might touch lucky, it's well recommended.

Watching the lunchtime news, they showed pictures of the Northern Lights in what looked like normal daylight conditions. Don't know exactly what time the images on telly were taken but reading up on it, it is apparently possible for the Northern Lights to be seen during the daytime (but it's rare). Sorry Lightning, I take back my 'wobbly rainbow' remark! Lol we we did try Geekus. even Bandi ,Pinz and polly. Never mind eh we got a laugh from this thread, I enjoyed it
