Forums Forums Wanted - Items WANTED: Quote for replacing 10m2 of concrete.

United Utilities wanted to put a new pipe into next door to replace a lead one, WBC told them they couldn't dig the pavement up as they'd only just put new Tarmac down, so, without asking, they dug a big trench across the front of the shop.

I've told them I'm not very happy about it, especially as they've replaced the concrete standing with a Tarmac strip, so just told me to get a quote and I can have it all replaced (nice of them).

Tempted to go for block paving

Anyway, does anybody on here do this work, it's about 5m by 2m

Do you mean 10 meters area or cubed?
I can give you a guide if that's any good?
10 cubed meters delivered would cost around £700-£800
+ materials and a a few days labour. I know a few people who would do it for you, I'd say all in you'd be looking around the £1200 mark.
