I have a net book as above with a damaged screen. Bought it a while back and the screen was kicked (don't ask how lol). Anyway it was put away and we got a new laptop.
Just found these on ebay selling in this condition for £80+ so thought i'd try it here first.
It has the atom processor, wifi ect....
First to offer £80 and its yours. costs around £30 for parts to fix.

The screen's quite easy to change on these. My daughter's screen cracked, and I ordered a new screen in and changed it out easily enough, using a bit of guidence off the internet. As I recall, you have to be careful to get the precise screen model, as seemingly identical Aspire Ones may come with different builds.

True, easiest way is to strip down the screen and order via the part number on the back of it.
