Young drivers aged 17-25 who have just passed their driving Test can get £70 off Pass Plus or Skill for Life courses with Wirral Council's Young Driver Scheme

and the only insurance companys who are intersted in passplus are the expensive ones, pass plus is a load of rubbish, and waste of money

That's well worth doing and the IAM has its own insurance scheme which I understand most members find good.
