Looks like you can, it used to be classed as a motor bike through the tunnel years ago so very cheap but not now. Murder to work on the engine though.

(Not knocking the information above, my comment is on specific licence)

I am amazed by how many people STILL think you can drive a three wheeler on a provisional motorcycle licence as long as reverse gear is blanked off, not bad for a law that was changed almost 50 years ago.

Then again, how many people still think Mormons can have several wives, that was changed over 120 years ago smile
