1) Not sure the 1.6 with a turbo will be better on the fuel as turbo cars need more fuel to run.

3) Its a turbo on a motor not designed for a turbo, and already runs high compression - itll blow up

Surely the issues with the 1.8 cant be so bad. It drinks fuel? So will a 160BHP 1.6. Keep the B18 u mad man. That VTI S is shexy tho. Very toight

The VTI fuel consumption is very similar to mine and i get 120 miles from a tenner, they are very good engines.

thats right, the b16a is a perfect all rounder, econonical when you want it to be and fast when you need it too.
