Ive just bought a DVD head unit off ebay, and i'm looking to get probably a drop down screen from the roof, or maybe a 6" screen to sit on the dash, or perhaps even Visor screens!! (firstly what screen you reckon i'm best going for?) And secondly, how hard is it to wire it all up etc and to get the relevant power necessary? does anyone know of anywhere good that will do this sort of thing, or know my best way round it? mainly the power issue too because the DVD player has got the output to plug my xbox into it, so wouldnt mind doing that! Cheers for your help folks (if ne1 replies lol!)

Drop down would be best but can be expensive (about £200 but you need an FM modulator so the 'player can run off your stereo) Easy enough to fit but need 2 know what its gonna screw to - I cudnt have one in my car as i didnt have anything 2 secure it

As already said a flip down screen or visor screen are best for security issues
The wiring is easy if you have basic electrical knowledge

im gonna disagree with everyone an say make a custom housing from fiberglass and blend it into your dash, but make sure its removable for security reasons. there's nothing wrong with sun visor or flip down ones, but they're easy to put in, and if you had one built into the dash it'd look a lot more "modified"

OK...ive decided to go with the visor screens. you can get a set of 8" visor screens for 140 on ebay! not too bad i thought! But anyway, does any1 know how hard it is to wire like from behind the dash and up the side of the windscreen/whatever that thing is called and into the roof? It looks as if it would be pretty dang hard to do Alternatively does any1 know of somewhere who would do all the wiring for me for a good price? thanx for all tha help
