A 25 year old man was remanded in custody when he appeared at Truro Crown Court today charged with the murder of Wirral boxer Brett Flounroy
Thomas Haigh appeared before Mr Justice Lindblom at Truro Crown Court charged with the murder of Brett and his companion David Griffiths whose bodies were found buried on farmland in Cornwall last week.
Haigh, who was arrested after an armed police swoop in Huddersfield on Wednesday, made no plea to the charge when he appeared at Bodmin Magistrates Court yesterday
A second man, Ross Stone of Trenance Downs, near St Austell, also faced Truro Crown Court today charged with disposing of a corpse to obstruct a coroner in the execution of his duty
Both men were remanded in custody to 28 October
