Was quite good, just a shame the "fairy jobmother" never actually gets people into work genuinely; all the people that end up in jobs, usually do so through her "contacts" or using the fact that they will be doing it as a tv programme to get them interviews; the biggest barrier to most job seekers, especially the likes of those last night who have not worked for 5+ years, or never at all, is actually even being considered for a job, nevermind being offered an interview.
Rightly or wrongly, though understandably, most employers would take one look at the empty CV's (or huge gap since last job) of those people, and probably throw it straight in the bin; its an employers market out there, and employers can afford to be picky!
