You need to do some work on your spelling and grammar first...

Hi all,
I'm currently looking for change in direction.
I wish to stay within the same industry for now (Marketing) whilst studying for something else.
Basic Summary:
I am a professional Marketing Assistant with 4 years of extensive diverse marketing and sales experience; I have expertise in business to business and business to consumer marketing. I conduct myself in a professional manner, with strengths in campaign development, commercial business, negotiating & closing sales.
I would very much appreciate anyone who knows of any openings within their own Marketing Department or elsewhere letting me know.
Thanks!
I've made a couple of changes to keep the nitpickers happy, I will caveat that with the fact that I'm not perfect (not quite anyway) and there may be errors in the above! It wasn't a CV anyway, she was just asking for a heads up! I would question the 'professional' marketing assistant though, do you have the designatory letters after your name from the CIM or any other professional body? I know that if we received an email/CV from a 'professional', we'd expect them to be chartered.

It's just quicker not too. I’m sorry if I've offended anyone.

Don't mind me; I'm still fussy about these things. It's "quicker not to", not "too". But your use of the apostrophe is impeccable, which is rare these days.
Carpe diem.

I'm fussy about these things too.
However, it's more than likely a lot of these mistakes are just typos given that they are posted from iPhones etc.

It's just quicker not too. I’m sorry if I've offended anyone. None taken, but it points to a distinct lack of professionalism when you call yourself a professional. I regularly review CVs of job applicants to create a short-list for interview. Any with poor spelling, grammar or txt-speak go straight in the bin.

Can I recommend that you could get a LinkedIn profile, it could potentially help you network with employers and clients alike. It sounds like you have a wealth of experience and skills in the industry, have you ever considered going freelance? I don't know the industry, but its always worth a suggestiong if your an established professional and have a good portfolio/CV/repuatation. Are you experienced with e-marketing, ie. online etc? Lastly, if you havent already, sign up with reed.co.uk - they are the largest recruitment agency/website in the UK (they advertise for other agencies and employers on their website), and a LOT of professional jobs are posted on there. If you tweak it correctly, you can get daily alerts sent to you with details of jobs that may interest you. Above all, best of luck in progressing you career!
