I think we need a health care professional to answer that one, as far as i know it seems it has to be done pretty quick or packed in ice to preserve it, what I've seen on documentaries, its whipped out pretty quick and sent on its way.
God help us, Come yourself, Don't send Jesus, This is no place for children.

I give as regularly as i can, sometimes at the Grovenor, sometimes in Bebington civic centre, depends on when the session is and when I'm available. I'm also an organ donor and a marrow donor. A pos! I think that organ donation should be compulsory with no opt out. We don't need our organs when were dead and religion is all baloney anyway so that's not a reason. Why not help people to live or see after we're dead.

With respect to those who have rare blood types, I would have thought the ones with common types were more needed for obvious reasons?
I stopped giving when I was injured and taking tablets that barred me from giving. I should really start again.
As for opting out of organ donorship, I think it is a great idea. When you are dead they are totally useless and if they can be used then your bits should be. How hard is it to sign something that says no I don't want my organs to be used in the event of my death?

If you are "O negative" you should definitely donate blood as this is the only blood which can be given to ALL recipiants, whatever their bloodgroup is. "O neg" is precious.

I tried a few years ago but I had a tattoo done in the 12 or 18 prior to donating so I couldn't. Back to the topic, as for what is at the corner of grange road now, one side is the end of a row of terrace houses and the opp side is a new set of 4 or 5 houses. I think your talking about that side. I remember them being built and im only 25, before they were there, it was waste land I think.
