Help smile

I'm looking for any old photos of St Georges Mount, Wallasey. Also aerial photos/maps etc showing this road would be great.

I've already checked the Cheshire emapping website and also Paul's site (..) as i'm researching a property on St Georges Mount owned by my Hubby's family.

Thanks smile

Lisa

a friend of mine is a gardener to a couple who live there, he says theres a really deep shaft under the house cutting through the bedrock , reckons you cant get down it as its really deep, would need climbing kit....

The property i'm researching we think has an underground stream that goes under the kitchen area. I'm looking over old maps etc to see if i can find out anything.

There is a mention on a website about Montebello that there were was a tunnel in the grounds. Is this anywhere near where the house with the shaft is?
