Just bought another house and wish to rent out ours to working person/family.
Its 3 bedroom, semi, situated in a quiet cul de sac, clean and newly decorated in a modern style.
DOUBLE GLAZED,
GAS CENTRAL HEATING,
COMBI BOILER,
NEW CARPETS AND LAMINATE FLOORING.
well kept gardens, front getting done soon, same style as rear.
Large new decking area and shed.Off road parking and on road parking.
Loft just insulated and partially boarded with dropdown access ladder.
Cheap Council Tax and bills.
Close to birkenhead, main road, shops, Tesco etc.
Prefere NON SMOKERS

Havnt got a let date yet until new house completion, poss 6 wks or so!
Looking for around the 450 - 500 PCM.

Any questions please PM me

Thank you

HI
It is in Birkenhead, quiet cul-de-sac, close to Birkenhead north Station and main routes.
Pets are fine, gardens are doggy friendly, i have 2 myself!
Will prob be available in bout 6-8wks from now. Have a few small jobs to do after i move out into new house, prob around end of Jan, having a week off after that then few jobs to do on rental house.
