i have a gas bbq for sale with has bottle. Needs a good clean but all works fine. Also has a side burner. Want £20 for it.

So what do you put under the grill? There must be something otherwise it wouldn't 'bbq' it would just cook.

So what do you put under the grill? There must be something otherwise it wouldn't 'bbq' it would just cook. Will - you still have coals but they are 'pretend' ones! The gas comes up through the coal. They do need renewing every so often depending on how often you use your bbq but I would expect a new set to last for 1 summer at least.

Possibly teaching my grandmother to suck eggs - but you get "gas BBQ lava rocks" for gas BBQs. They don't burn, they just spread the heat and make it more radiant heat than flame.
