Cheers matey but the more i looked and poked the worse it got

well after mucho thinking and alittle help from friends i am re-shelling the 200

The rust really is that bad stevie wounder mot'd this car when i bought it there is just no way the last mot wasnt a favour as the patches/hole are huge lol

Anyways i wanted to keep it and fight on and not let another 200 go to the big scrap yard in the sky but in the end common sense got the better of me and its all going in another shell

The plan is put the engine box and fuel tank in the new shell and mot it then swap the rest over afterwards this way i wont be off the road and can do it alittle at a time

the new shell looks like this needs a sill small patch in the bay and alittle on the crossmember welding and thats it and i got it thanks to a friend for a bargain mates rate price.

And its grey like my face lift so not loads of spraying









Nice and clean no rust on any of the arches stripped inside and ready for my engine and box

So the stripping begins







Must admit the wife wasnt happy to come home from shopping to find a carbon bonnet and boot in the spare room and the rest of the body parts in the hall lol

I'll swap it back over to a sil80 front end later in the year just want some skid time for now.

Still, Dales old shell is a good 'un - will keep you busy over the spring / summer

Yeah sr will get to stage 2 which should be plenty of power

well got the avcr/turbo timer cage passenger door seats harness and acouple of other bits which is now in a huge pile in the middle bedroom and make the wife very happy lol have some interest in the engine aswell

Cheers its on the forsale bit on sxoc/dw seems to have done the trick couldnt sleep tonight so checking my emails and have 6 pm's lol

Well with a deposit taken on my engine i have sorted a deal for a sr20 motor box and the rest of the running gear with a japspeed fmic just need a ecu and injectors so on the look out for 555s alittle over kill but there there is needed as its got now injectors

Engines out the car now

Looked the new shell over its nice and solid thankgod hoping to have it up and running for modded live

Well been busy today on the new shell

Good for some off roading

Put the 300zx setup on the rears



Then put my coilovers on and the rims sits nice there isnt a engine in it yet so the fronts still alittle high.

Also put the 300zx calipers on the front need disks for it though and put the 25mm spacers on the front as i have 20mm Chargespeed vented front wings to go on and 50mm wider rear fenders.



















SR20 will be going in here verysoon





The inside needs abit of attention LOL



Subframe and pertol tank will be on monday then its ready for the front brake lines to be sorted and engine in

Fingers crossed it wont be to long.

Been working like a fool of late lol

Have everything for the sr conversion now so hoping with my 1 odd days aweek i can get it sorted
