Love em!!! My hubby calls em teddy bear cabbages lol. They are actually buds that form on the plant's stem at the base of the leaves.

I hate sprouts and its not that i care but it can't help the global warming situation releasing all those gases in to the atmosphere. I refuse to eat them, not only do i not like them, i don't want to stink, I would rather be a Talcum Malcolm and smell nice. raftl

try them with some crushed walnuts sprinkled in, give a nice crunch.
Find cabbage bland? Grate in some orange zest and mix it round, works good on white cabbage as well.

I find black pepper works well enough. Not fussed on fancy stuff.
