Elderly Wirral woman injured after car crashes into garage


AN 87-year-old woman was treated for minor injuries in hospital after her car crashed into a garage in Bebington yesterday.

Emergency services were called to the scene, a detached garage in Town Lane, shortly before 11am.

Firemen removed the vehicle from the garage and the driver was taken by ambulance to Arrowe Park Hospital for treatment.
