Honestly, if you buy a PS3 you're ripping yourself off. Why spend so much more money on something with less games? Blu-ray drives aren't that expensive any more.

Also, on the first page somebody implied that all or most PS3 games are rendered in 1080p. This is not true. There are a small selection of PS3 games which are rendered in 1080p but the majority are not. What you're doing is forcing the PS3 to upscale the 720p render to 1080p rather than allowing your television to upscale the image. In addition, the PS3 doesn't even contain a hardware scaling chip and will instead upscale in software, possibly impacting performance without any obvious change in image quality. Conversely, the 360 supports upscaling to many more resolutions than the PS3, including 16:10 resolutions, on its hardware scaling chip. The winner is clear.

The Wii is the only console with real innovation, even sony copied nintendo when they saw the wii motion sensitive congtrollers. Wii games go for game play and their market is almost completely different to PS3 and 360. In my experience Wii games fit into a busy 'family' life if you've not got hours to spend playing. Don't get me wrong I love the 360 and ps3 which both do arcade and simulation very well, but the wii just fits better without taking over your life.....feel free to flame!!! [Linked Image]

I have one and rarely use it. But t'other day I used it properly and didn't realise you have an internet browser on it. Also recognises more video codecs on PC on same network.
I really prefer the interface over the XBox360, which I think is a bit plasticy looking and really doesn't do much. I thought Little Big Planet was over-rated as well.

Unfortunately it doesn't support big ROMS (eg. Sonic 3 & Knuckles lockon) and can't horizontally scale the image, so you can't get everything on screen at once (there is a scroll function though). Other than that it's perfect.

Cant wait for Forza 3.
