Lewis Hamilton has moved to the brink of the world title with a commanding victory in the Chinese Grand Prix.

The McLaren driver dominated the race at Shanghai while his title rival Felipe Massa was handed second place by Ferrari team-mate Kimi Raikkonen.

The Brazilian had run third for most of the event, unable to stay on terms with Hamilton or Raikkonen ahead of him.

Hamilton takes a seven-point lead over Massa into the season finale in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 2 November.

BBC Sport Report

Got to admit it, hes not trying to play Consistency game, hes going out for wins. At such a crucial stage as well, thats fantastic.

He has to finish 5th or higher at Brazil next time out to win the championship.

Reckon he can do it ????

TBH Im 1/2 expecting Kimi to "T" Bone him in the first bend to allow Massa to take the win and title.

The FIA will of course blame Hamilton, fine him, dock him points and award Kimi extra to get 2nd place in the world championship.

Its all down to Heiki to pull out his finger for once and get 2nd, then he can try and protect lewis for a while.

Not a fan of all this team blocking. Pathetic as well tht Alonso even said hell try and help Felippe any way he can.

So Basically, hes going to go into the pit at some point.. then pull out right in front of Lewis, slowing him down or crashing into him.

Either way, Im sure well see what farce happens. He only needs a 5th to do it though. Its a lot lot harder for Felippe.
