yer they are of a very local council estate and one of them is well known for this and has only just got out of nick for the same offence so what does prison do exactly because does'nt deter them maybe cutting there hands off would work like the IRA used to dish out justice for thieves and joy riders like shooting them in the knee only got 2 knees so they did'nt get a 3rd chance of changing ways of stealing cars and ype i know someone who was in the army in northern ireland said that the crime was less than we have. Do you fancy naming and shaming these low live's, I'm from prenton too, and wouldn't mind hearing the name......

That may be an issue from a legal standpoint I'm afraid 
Sometimes Police Officers give more than just speeding tickets!

Street punishment is high on my local agenda!! Knock the fook out of the ..., and i wouldnt even waste my time trying to train them for the forces, costs money that they arnt worth!!
I live in north End (spit!) and i see it day in day out! I know a lot of people who "get things done" and they keep the area "clean" of my worries! Local people should be allowed to police their area, as the police wont/cant!
I had a couple of "community" police knocking last night asking questions. A couple two doors down on the same side had a car stolen caus THEY LEFT THE KEYS UNDER THE DOOR MAT!!
I know, fooking stupid, but i live on the same side as them, cannot see their house, never mind the door, and did i see anything suspicious??
By the way, they NEVER asked my neighbours either side of me (MARK!!), just me!! Im honoured!!
As i pointed out, they should be looking on the OPPOSITE side of the road(only a short cul-de-sac!) as they can see the house! hMMM, :THINK: Why would someone walk into your road and check under the doormats? your road is the type of road that people would just walk past not into? Gotta be someone that knows them and knows they keep the keys there  Your right though, 1st point of call should of been over the road.

There are people out there who know that the are peopeple out ther stupid enough to leave their key's under their door mats or under a plant pot near by, so you will get oppertunist thieves going from house to house of a night time, or during the day just checking under the mats etc etc. Its quite easily done tbh, So's not to draw attention to your self carry some flyiers around with you and look like you have a purpose to go up and down every one's drive way. Remember make your self look un suspicious by dressing smart too. this shouldn't be a problem as if you are good at it, you'll make a killing off it and could probably afford a nice hugo boss suit lol. When at the door of the house, pretend to post some thing and take the time to have a look under the mat, or under a plant pot, remember, if the the driveway is quite open plan, then dont spent to long looking or you'll come on top. after your search, move on to the next house. an idea would be to make the prison system how it used to be(should be)! inmates get far too much in the way of creature comforts like tv games consoles and the like!prison is supposed to be punishment but people aint arsed about goin back in cos most find it easy inside! My old man was saying when he done time if he misbehaved they used to give them a pair of scissors and a comb and send them out to cut the grass, now all that happens when they misbehave inside is a day without their Xbox or a game taken away for a bit, tis stooopid lol - for the record, my dad is a luffly man, he may have done time many many many years ago but he is luffly lol

Impossible! Insurance is void now so they lost the car and belongings with not a penny. Idiotic people, i dont know
