I think Mark posted this not so long back - there was an extremely similar idea proposed on Dragons Den last year, and to be quite honest, none of the investors took it seriously, mainly because its yet another great idea in principle, but in reality, it just has very little usefulness to warrant the high cost of such a device. May make it to production, but I doubt it will last long.

Lol, thats another point - it would be a waste of space haha I for one wouldnt be paying a grand for a table and then putting a hot cup of tea on it and therefore risking breaking it in some way haha!
