Water & Gas Leaks - 0800 111 999
That's Transco (national grid gas) and for gas leaks only. Water is either: UU Leakline (non-emergency) - 0800 33 00 33 or UU Supply Emergencies - 0845 746 2200 (clean water and sewage problems)

The problem with that Rude is that they will be looking for "ICE". They are not to know that you have put it under "an emergency number". Just because it is first in the list, doesn't mean it will be spotted. You know it's there, but they won't necessarily put 2 and 2 together.
I have 4 "ICE" numbers in my phone just in case the others don't answer. This is something everone should do have an "ICE" in thier mobile phone.
O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever ...
