Picture the scene

you sittin in a chair reading things on cruisewirral with your laptop. your mum and girlfriend are sittin on the bed watching most haunted.

All of a sudden the tv change's channel:eh: you all laugh a think oooh spooky, then you start to wonder...why did it change channel? no shedueld program reminders wer set....you not sitting on the remote...Infact even if you had the remote you still cant change channel cos the set top box is in the other bedroom!

erm?....

then the tv changes channel up a station.... another 5seconds goes and it changes up again....

then starts going down channels in 4 - 5 second intervals..

Time to freak out (well i did)

My mum jumped up and wanted to see what was goin on but i wanted to get my camera first to show what was happening but could not find batterys. so i grabbed my fone to show the evidence.

went into the other bedroom and the remote was sitting on the side of the draws!!!

I have just added the vid to youtube. i sh!t you not this was scary at the time. maybe something has followed me back from the other nights ghost hunt?.

Happened to me also,
not tonight, but then realised next door had NTL installed
and his TV and BOX was next to my wall lol

Had to knock and say stop turning me telly over

hmmm but it has never happend b4 tho...

also the remote needs a clear path to the set top box to change channel as it is IR not RF.

our sky box done that months back, on the hour,every hour its just started flying thru the channels until we turned it off at the wall and on again, just defective, i dont believe in ghosts and all that malarky and think there is a rational explanation for what is happening,either a fault,or signals being sent from elsewhere as webby said
