I'd have him nicked. Altho theres a few other things that need saying
a)i reckon the car is easily repairable,get the paint off with thinners and replace 3 glass panels
b)wheres the evidence that a donut broke the lambo?
c)i wouldnt ever dare do donuts in some1 elses car without their expressed permission (aint that right tupac)

If its all on camara i would take the fooker to court as There isnt any evidence the gearbox was broken by the donuts.
