I have had the car for about 4 months, maybe a bit more.

I opened the bonnet once or twice to show people the engine or to top the window washers up, tried to open it the other week to fill the washers up, but the button in the car wont open the bonnet, what can i do?

It is so annoying, it is comical.

Also the drivers seat is broken, cant adjust it frown

Broken seat = bin it and then bucket your ride.

I'm no expert on modding I prefer a more subtle approach. I'd rather be fast than look fast. Forget the window washer fluid as well just stay at the lights and watch me disappear into the distance and maybe one of those window washer guys will do it for you.

Who cares, its still an over-rated german tank.

Cheers Dazza, i will look into it, luckily it isnt a mechanical fault.

Get someone to pull the bonnet catch inside the car repeatidly whilst you push up & down on the bonnet, that normally works think

Once the bonnet is open you need to check the operation of the bonnet catch assembly, it may be seized up, penatrating oil normally does the trick whilst operating the bonnet release lever repatidly to free the mechanism off smack

im guessing its cable operated? have a look to see if the lever has come away from the cable under the steering rack (or wherever your bonnet pull is located)
