Wow!
Just watched those videos off the bugatti website and that is amazing. The complexity of that engine really shows they have some of the worlds best engineers

Power to weight Ratio's : Bugati : 1000 BHP & 2000kgs = 500 BHP per ton Enzo : 640 BHP & 1000kgs = 640 BHP per ton This makes the Enzo a faster car on the road and in my opinion a better engineered car for performance. I would happily test drive either for further analasys

i heard that the veyron produces close to 3000bhp but only 1000 of that goes to the wheels, the rest is used to cool the engine and the brakes etc.

Correct - It produces 3000bhp in the chambers, the rest is lost as you say via the transmission etc

I would happily test drive either for further analasys The Ariel Atom produces 600BHP per ton! and that car costs £30,000... Now thats a car i would love!
