Morning.
I am Looking for a 3 bedroom House End terrace to buy in Eastham price around 150.
Don't like Modern Auction as you pay a reservation price which is on top of House price.
I can understand reserving a table to eat but reserving a House i don't get as when you bid you either Win it or don't.
Will pop into Estate Agency today as £6000 to reserve a house on top of House Price and costs is Insane.

I Think you would be very lucky to get a 3 bed house in eastham for 150 ..good luck though
