Morning.
Reading the News seem`s Iran is running Out of Drinking Water and if this is the Case will Cause Mass Exodus. Reading the Reports from around the World is Grim reading just so much Social Unrest.
I hope am wrong but keep thinking wear heading for a Exodus of Citizen`s from either Famine/Drought/High Inflation and Just Plain Misery.
So depressing to read that so Many Nations are just Surviving i always thought Overpopulation was the Cause not enough done to Educate the Poor Nations that Corruption can destroy a Nation if left unchecked.

It was suggested some time ago that the next wars could be fought over water. Depressing, but not surprising when you look at how things are going. As the climate changes, it will become an increasingly threatened resource in some areas - and there'll be too much of it in others! Some places will become uninhabitable and the habitable areas will have to deal with the resulting displacement of population and pressure on their own resources. We live in interesting times...

Turkey built a dam which has altered the watercourse and about 6/7 other dams in the ME region are controlled by ISIS. Quite sure ISIS could have been bombed out of exitence if needs be. Hasn't happened !

US and the West, including UK and Turkey are part of the action plan , have placed heavy sanctions on Iran and other countries too. If you knew how these sanctions are affecting the ordinary people of those countries and then put everything together, the picture becomes much clearer.

These are hot regions that have coped with drought over thousands of years, but never has the Euphrates and Tigris rivers got so low.

For Governments to sit on the world stage and stand by whilst people are starving and dying , is an utter disgrace, and they call themselves humanitarians. What bull shit !

Concerns both rivers and although this article mainly refers to Syria, the same process of water starvation would appear to be being used as a weapon of war against Iran too.

Welcome back, Granny. Knew you couldn't resist sharing your comments with us again, maybe it will encourage more of the 'old gang' to share with us again now. Hope you weren't struck down with the virus. Best wishes.

Hi Muzzy. Thanks for kind words, but just popped in when passing. Not stopping though. Hope you are ok and have managed to get through the long days we've all shared. All good wishes.
