Hi,
I have been living (renting) on the Wirral for some years now and love it here.
I am considering the possibility of buying a property and a flat would suit me better.
I noticed that there are a few low/high rises in Oxton that appear to have very similar designs for example, Dorin Court, Parkbury Court, Charlton Court, Talbot Court.
Companies House suggest that most were incorporated in the late 60s, early 70s, with the exception of Talbot court that appears to have been in the 80s.
In there anything interesting about the history of these buildings, were they constructed for any particular purpose?
And does anyone know anything about the quality of these buildings? Any known problems? The high rise in Talbot court in particular appears to have lovely views.
Thanks!

Hi Andy, welcome. Sorry, I don't know anything about these flats but they sure do look lovely. I particularly like the look of Dorin Court.
