If it means less ill-informed, racist, sexist or just offensive and outdated points of view, perhaps that's a good thing.

If youre mum or dad is gay its nothing to do with a child themselves questioning their own sexual identity .
They might question why their family partnership is " different " than other school kids ones.

Agree 100%. Children of a certain age will probably grasp hold of it all anyway, young children do not see differences as we do, they accept without question. To have books to teach them is not good, it simply causes confusion which isn't needed. They should be learning sums, and English, not how mr and mr live their lives or even why Jimmy has two mummies and a daddy. How confusing !!

As per usual, children have to be the guinea pigs for adult behaviour . When I say behaviour, I don't mean because there are gay people etc, but because the adults are impinging their morality or condsiderations on the children, too young to know what the difference is between a nectarine and a peach.
