That's not a valid BT address, is it? They have a convention for all their addresses, and this just doesn't look like one.

With .ch where .com or .uk should be, it looks like a Switzerland address.

Just more phishing... and probably just made to look like Switzerland as well.

Could be a scam to get peoples details, by thinking they were applying for a job.

Just checked, and it IS a rebranding website where you can register one address and use another.

Just seen this although not where I saw it originally as I dont use twitter. https://twitter.com/WeAreOpenreach/status/1089780622258774017 so not sure now whether you were saying its defo a scam or just commenting its a less usual way of posting that is being used by BT. ?

BT Openreach are recruiting and the correct address is BT Openreach Careers. (https://www.homeandbusiness.openreach.co.uk/careers)

Simply go to any of their correct sites and search.

Valid sites will include www.bt.com, bt.co.uk, btopenworld, btopenreach etc. and international sites such as bt.ie in Ireland and a host of others which are registered to some group or other within the BT family and are almost instantly identifiable. 'www.opnr.ch' is not one of them.

If in doubt, go to www.bt.com and search from there. You don't need to be a BT customer and you can ask them if a particular address is genuine or report it as phishing.
