Channel 4 is a public service TV company owned by the UK Government.
What has the UK come to when the Government despite being the owner is having to resort to a change of law to enable them to force Channel 4 to leave London and distribute their services to other parts of the country?
I could understand problems if the Government was trying to interfere with Channel 4's political neutrality or independence.
