A call has been put out to anyone who has hedgehogs in their garden, if they can put out drinking water for them, in a shallow bowl or plate. They are dying from dehydration.

Just put water out anyway, as we may not know if we have them or not.

And please don't put out milk, it gives them diarrhoea!
