Theres an interesting article on the Mail Online website today about a new Imperial War Museum book containing colour photographs from the Second World War http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4423218/The-Second-World-War-colour.html one of the pictures shows women in a Wirral underground munitions factory in 1945 making bullets and cannon shells (scroll down the website page to see it). Does anyone know where this factory was?

I think that was in New Brighton, just can't recall under which building it was. Here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AERg_hNSjHM
