BBC are treating him like royalty with their coverage this morning. BBC will, because its another news story to make a whole day of news from. They'll have him as a 'Saint' by the end of the day.

there is No comparison between him and Nelson Mandela. Maybe not in terms of statesmenship and what they achieved but mandela had a murky past

Ive just come away from our tea break table here on my night shift.
Its not so divided, there is lots of praise for Mr McGuinness. Out of a shift if 12, not 1 mentioned any terror attack he might have been involved in. Over 20 years I've lived here and I've worked here over 10. Tonight I had very little to say for a change. I kept my exact thoughts if the man, to myself.
