As title, on my BLUE fiesta SI not my 2.0 black baby. Iv been trying to get rid of it and found this car, TAKE TIME TO LOOK AT IT as it does look a bit chavtastic at first bcos of the wing stickers etc

Its a Ford Escort Mk6,
1.4 (Insurance Friendly),
5 Door hate them but not to big a concern,
Just had another 1.4 put in,
Full WRC kit done propley,
Recently resprayed in Imperialblue (Esc cos colour),
17" alloys.

The plan was to get a runner-round but due to money mishaps it may have to be a swap/PX with another car hence why I seen this.

When I was 'into' my escorts i wanted a WRC replica, also am no shy hand to the 'scorts' as I am still a paid member on the Escort owners website.

personally, if you think its a good deal then do it, but like you said, just take all the stickers off and maybe the fog lights at the front and will look nice, i like the wing, its big but thats what makes it look like a WRC

With out those white stickers from tip to toe
you might be half way there.

Causion : Lots of Tee Cutting if they come off.

Car looks alright, just the clothes its wearing.

Id loose the wingsticker, fogies, pinch the tyres and get my Black 17s on , neons and wipers

I love the way car is now and those stripes are fantastic and the wing for one minute i thought it was a rally car, never mind thinking about buying it get your ass down wherever he lives and pay the man in cash full!

But, it doesnt remind me of a rally car in the slightest, just because its got a bumper and a "massif" spoiler i wouldn't try and pass it off as a 5 door, its got m3 mirrors! I think he's offering you his car as a swap mate simply because no-one wants to buy that car off him.

I think it looks hideous, and would attract attention for all the wrong reasons.

Well rather than pull it apart I wanted people to conisider it for me.

Bare in mind thats how i wanted/got my escort to look so i obviously like it, iv already said its abit 'chavtastic' but nothing that can be removed such as stickers and neons.

Maybe I should re-tell my plans:

Am after a CHEAP RUN-A-ROUND and save the 2.0 fiesta for special days. I cant buy a cheap car since i already have two, both being Fiesta SI's one is black (2.0) and the other is Blue. I have found it hard to try and sell the blue one plus its aproching that time of year where car sales are poor. I seen this escort and it caught my eye, hes willing to swap and i wanted some thoughts - If i wanted 2 pull it apart I could have done that myself

Longstory short, its a cheap runaround that looks good, I can have soon since I am gettin rid of blue car as a swap.

Like I say I was only after a run-a-round as I didnt plan on using the fiesta daily, no one really wants a modded car so this may be the best id get.

I like it and if 1yr down the line I get bored ill throw a 1.6turbo into, with it being a 1.4PTE engine (very similar toa CVH) its not too bad a conversion THIS WOULD BE FUTURE PLANS, IF I WAS TO DO IT
