ok flks..heres something to amuse you all..am still having a mare with the audi..
The dual mass flywheel (priced at an eyewatering 305 quid) didnt arrive..in fact when i spoke to the company...they hadnt even ordered it in..a week prior! so i had to pay 360 quid for one!..doh
the Bargain splitter from audi at 38 quid...had a huge scratch on it..not impressed..got to go get that one sorted.
Driving home last night having fixed everything...and 710 quid lighter...the gear linkage hasnt been set up right..and it pops..leaving me unable to select ANY gear...doh.
oh..and the Bargain injector i bought..well they failed to take the additional 27quid VAT..so realised their mistake and rang me 2 weeks later..and asked me is it ok if we take the extra 27 quid..well um no..it isnt actaully came the reply..to which he bascially put the fone down on me and took the extra cash from the card ANYHOW!
oh and the fkers from Merlin Diesel wont refund me the 27 quid VAT that they took off my card...as they reckon I authorised the full amount in the first place...(which I did)

Haha nice one
Barclays "should" do the chargeback for you then. If it was fraudualent as per the advice of the issuing bank, usually the merchant account provider doesnt bother to fight it hehe.

You stick to you're guns my mate, you have the upper hand, the merchant hardly ever wins a chargeback... i know from first hand.
If he is sensible he will have chargeback insurance anyway lol.

Last time I had a fraudualent transaction, the payment processor said there was no point in advising the police even though I had the guys details from a previous transaction because they arnt interested.
I had insurance but it was only worth a stupid amount so I didnt even bother lol.
nope..cuz I wont be paid out enough to replace that one...took me ages to find that one as its quite a rare beasty...plus all the etxra things ive done like chippin it and the brakes etc..so couldnt be doing with it gettin wrecked!
guess what...it was working fine...til i was south of the M6 toll yesterday..then it blew up..have no idea..but no power and lots of white smoke...sounds expensive. Cost me 200 quid to get it recovered back home...words fail me right now!
