If you're travelling up Tollemache Road towards Biston Avenue watch out for the mobile speed display board! I went towards it tonight and it flashed 30mph when I braked. Some of them do have cameras built in to identify people who race towards them to see who had the highest speed. Even if you do get a warning letter they can't do much, but I have noticed RADAR at the top by the cemetary (junction with Bidston Avenue) and also by the roundabout in Park Road West on occasions.
Watch out if you want to avoid 3 points and a fine, or even a ban.
