its been around for the last 3 years..lives at smithdown lane but will be on the wirral every thursday and friday night for the forseeable future on enforcement!

while we are on the subject...theres a 55 plate bmw 5 series dark blue or black i think...and more concerninly..its got nothing obvious...not lights or matrix signs in the rear window.
Got blue strobes behind the front grille and in the "clear" rear lenses.
i saw it for the first time last night...and i know its a proper genuine police vehicle...
it was stationary with its lights going where the girl got hit on rocky lane in liverpool last night...
